GALLERY INSTALLATION
PARADISE ISLAND
Based on texts by Richard Foreman
Ten provocations unfold within a single performance, deconstructing Foreman’s own consciousness. Intensified by its alienated setting—a gallery space—the piece explores mental processes, memories, and fantasies, creating a landscape with no clear beginning, middle, or end.
Constantly shifting structures transform the space, while the audience moves freely, navigating their own experience. With museum headphones, they select different audio channels, perceiving the stories in a continuous present—ever-changing, yet always immediate.
